Looking for room, hoping for December 1 move in. I am a quiet and clean roommate and generally keep to myself, but I’m also super friendly and would love a situation where the apartment feels like home to all of us, rather than just a place we live.

I don’t mind pets, just ask that the owner be on top of their care. I do not smoke cigarettes. I don’t drink but I don’t mind living with those who do/having alcohol in the house.

My budget is around $850. Ideally I wouldn’t have to leave Bushwick but I would also consider nearby neighborhoods like Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Ridgewood.

My hobbies include making art, stand-up comedy, going to comedy shows, listening to music/podcasts, and reading.
