Looking for room for 1+year then month-to-month

Hi there, I’m Casey, I just got a year-long job contract in SV and I’m looking to meet a female roommate who is willing to go in on a 12-month lease with me (and my little bird )! If you have a room or want to find a 2br with me to go in on together please reach out!

A bit about me:

I’m very chill and a homebody, I don’t have any partner/many friends there yet so I’m hoping to meet a friendly roommate 👯‍♀️ I love playing video games & watching movies and trash TV at home with a fun roommate but i’ll most often probably be quiet and out of your way 🛌😴
I am tidy but not militant, as long as we all take care of our own spaces so they’re clean and comfy i’m happy 🧼🧹
I like to cook and I’d love to share household things like condiments, spices, toiletries, etc so we can buy them in bulk from Costco and split them so we can save that moola!! 💰💸💵
Things you should know:

🦜 I have a lovebird, he is very small & cute and he does sing in the daytime, he will live only in his cage/my room so you hopefully won’t hear it too loudly, but for this reason I can’t live with a cat, sorry! 😔🐈❌ other pets or dogs are fine though, i love dogs!! i’m happy to help you care for a pet if you go on vacation if you return the favor
🧳 if you have family visiting from out of town you’re welcome to have them stay with you/in a temp bed in common areas, and vice versa as i love to have family/friends visit, but i would prefer not to have regular weekly/long-term guests
i don’t mind WFH or late/weekend schedules at all
