$2750 Budget, 24M, Move in soon

- Looking for a sublease/short-term rental for the summer
- Currently working remotely as an independent marketing contractor (will be looking to spend some time working outside the apartment)
- Want to live downtown ideally, quite like les
- Born in Connecticut but raised in the UK, would need to fly over so can't do viewings, available to talk/facetime before moving in.
- Goes without saying but well adjusted/clean
- Would like to move in within the next month maximum, but can be ready within 1-2 weeks
- Would really like to live in a social apartment! Of course everyone should have their own space but also would love people down to hang out or go out to cool restaurants/bars and make the most of the city
- Variety of interests, quite like thirfting/clothes, music, football, travel etc but I like new things and experiences
