Need to Find Room or Studio to Rent ASAP

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me.
I am a responsible, respectful, and hardworking person who is currently looking for a safe and stable place to call home. I have experienced some significant financial and housing challenges over the past several years, and unfortunately those circumstances have affected my credit history. I want to be upfront about that rather than hide it.

At the same time, I have reliable SSI/retirement income that I can use toward my housing expenses, and I have recently begun building my own business as I work toward becoming financially independent again. My goal right now is to establish stable housing and a solid foundation from which I can continue rebuilding my life.

I am currently experiencing housing instability, including having to sleep in my car, so finding a room is especially important to me. I am not looking for special treatment—just an opportunity to be considered based on my current circumstances, my reliable income, and the kind of tenant I intend to be.

I will treat the home and shared spaces with respect, pay my rent responsibly, and do my best to be a considerate and dependable housemate. I am happy to provide proof of income, references, or other documentation that may help a prospective landlord feel comfortable renting to me.
