CUNY Grad Student looking to relocate

Hi! I'm Kelsea, a recent FIT graduate with a B. S. in Art History, and I'm preparing to begin graduate studies in New York.

I'm looking for a long-term, stable living situation with considerate, respectful roommates. Most of my time is spent studying, reading, visiting museums and galleries, attending cultural events, or exploring the city.

I've lived with roommates before and value clear communication, mutual respect, and maintaining a comfortable shared environment. I'm friendly and sociable, but I also appreciate personal space and downtime.

• Enjoy cooking simple meals at home
• Interested in art, architecture, design, history, film, and culture
• Looking for a peaceful, adult household rather than a party environment

Ideally, I'm looking for roommates who are mature, respectful, and have their own lives and routines. A plus if you are into art, design, and tech. I'm hoping to find a home that feels welcoming, stable, and conducive to work and study.
