I am a female and work in healthcare. I am seeking another person (non-smoker) to possibly go find a two (2) bedroom place together.

I have had many past local, other states and international housemates. I prefer the ages to be between (27-60) years of age. I find it easier I live w/males for the balance of sexes. Females have a lot of stuff and often a more drama, than I would like.

I have my own place now. However, landlord's wife family is staying w/me due to the war in the Ukraine. And the wife is bringing the rest of her family over. I am seeking and searching for something by April 1st, 2026 or ASAP!! Right now, I have half of my stuff in storage. I have enough stuff to fill a 2-3 bedroom condo/townhome.

After much thought and discussion, I decided to put up an ad. I would like to find if there is anyone out there who would be interested in getting a condo or apartment together. It is very expensive out there and it tough for many people!

In addition, my goal is purchase a condo/townhome in the next 12 months. And is hard to pay full rent and save up for a down payment by myself. So understandably, I am trying to save money.

My budget is MAXIMUM $1,200.00/1,300.00 AND that would include utilities. I live in South Brunswick/Princeton area and prefer to stay in either of these towns or in East Brunswick, New Brunswick, Cranbury, Monroe, Edison, Plainsboro, Somerset, Franklin Park and Rocky Hill areas.

NO PETS as I am allergic to cats/dogs but so like pet turtles, snakes, lizards, fish, bunnies and hamsters. I prefer to live w/males for the balance of sexes, and (due to past experiences)! females tend to carry a bit more drama and have a lot of stuff. As mentioned, I have enough stuff to fill a 2-3 bedroom condo/townhome.
