About Me
I’m Tobi, 29, a Brooklyn native starting a new engineering job in FiDi. I work in tech and will be in the office most weekdays, so home is mostly a recharge zone for me.

Lifestyle
Active and social—I play basketball, hit the gym 5x a week, and love concerts, comedy shows, and movies (AMC A-List addict). I’m a weekend cook (weeknights are usually quick air fryer meals) and like keeping things clean and organized. People usually describe me as very chill. Social drinker (more social than solo).

Home Preferences
• Strong preference for private bathroom & in-unit washer/dryer
• Modern buildings with amenities (gym, doorman, package room, rooftop)
• Pet-friendly is a plus—I don’t have pets but love them

Schedule & Guests
• Office 3–5 days/week; occasional WFH
• Girlfriend stays over a couple times a week (she has her own place—definitely not a third roommate)
• Friends over occasionally, but I keep bigger hangs outside the apartment
