37 y.o. female seeking longterm room

Seeking: Tustin or adjacent city. Medium or large private UNfurnished bedroom with closet. (Current bedroom is 11x11. It's too small and not livable for me.) Private bathroom would be awesome but shared with 1 person is fine. $1000 including utiliities is what I can afford and would keep me a longterm tenant (I am open to negotiation). My current rental agreement is month to month and I would need to give them 30 days notice.

Expectations:
Washer & dryer usage would be necessary 1 day per week.

Kitchen privileges - I'm generally a light cooker but would need to use the stove (basic foods like pasta & eggs; certain things in the oven). Along with this, I would need space for food in a cabinet as well as inside fridge/freezer, as anyone would.

No weird restrictions - I am a grown woman and am looking to spread my wings, not keep them clipped.

37 y. o., full time Esthetician. I work 4 days per week, including weekends. I spend my time off at home, usually reading & writing, so I'm pretty quiet. Non smoker, rarely drink, don't party. I am part of the LGBTQ community and would prefer to live with likeminded people. Most importantly, I am looking to live with people that respect my privacy and autonomy.
