I am a professional female aged 48 I am available to move in August 1st and have a budget of $1500/month. I would like to share with males or females ideally between 30 and 99 years old.

I do have a small dog, he is an American Toy Fox Terrier Named Odi and would be looking for a dog friendly home for both of us.
My situation is a little different. I travel a lot for work and would be looking for someone who wouldn't mind looking after Odi while I travel. I would be willing to pay more in rent to have this ability. Ultimately, looking for someone who love dogs.
