Room wanted in NYC

Hi everyone! My name is Brandon, and I’m a 27-year-old working professional currently looking for a room/apartment share. I work full time in hospitality marketing on Long Island and keep a pretty structured schedule, usually working weekdays from 10–6 with some occasional late evenings and weekends.

A little about me — I enjoy staying active, photography, reading, traveling, and overall keeping a calm, organized living environment. I’m very responsible, clean, and considerate as a roommate and appreciate open communication and mutual respect in a shared space.

I also have one adult female cat who is extremely well behaved, litter trained, and very low maintenance. She has Cerebellar Hypoplasia, which basically just gives her a little wobble when she walks, so she mostly keeps to herself and loves relaxing on my bed.
