Hey everyone!

Hi! I'm looking for a clean room to rent/sublet, preferably on a long-term basis, in a safe neighborhood. I'm a RELIABLE straight (if that matters...) male, 50+ yrs old, currently employed in media & entertainment in Brooklyn. I'm an easy-going person. I work weird hours from time to time due to the nature of my job. I also have two podcasts that I'm usually doing something for. I like making people laugh and enjoy music (I also dabble in the music space as a producer).

On weekends, you can either find me playing basketball, hanging out with a friend or two, or if it's been a busy week at work i'm home watching movies or sports (I'm a Knicks fan don't let the photo fool ya.. lol).

I don't smoke or use. I rarely drink. I don't have any pets at the moment. I'm pretty tidy (if I cook, I always clean up after myself). Hopefully, the place is within safe walking distance to a supermarket, subway, and laundry.
