Hi there! My girlfriend and I are looking for a room to rent in the Denver metro area. We're available for immediate move-in and have a monthly budget of up to $1,300, depending on the space and what's included.

We both have regular, reliable income through work-from-home jobs, and we're looking for a place to stay anywhere from a few months to a year, depending on the arrangement.

We're a quiet, clean, and courteous couple who value a peaceful home and believe in treating both a space and the people we share it with respect. We don't smoke, work regular hours, respect other people's privacy, and are considerate of shared spaces and household routines. We clean up after ourselves and strive to be easygoing, responsible housemates who contribute to a positive living environment.

We do have a service dog who assists my partner with seizures, so we're hoping to find a home that's a good fit for all three of us.
