Hi, looking for a small or large room with a private bathroom. I have a rental assistance voucher that pays the first month's rent and deposit if you do not do a credit check. I can pay $1400.00 monthly on time or as soon as I get paid from my monthly Survivor's benefits check that I get once a month by direct deposit.
