I’m Sangavi (she/her), a young professional moving to NYC for a full-time hybrid role starting August 4th, and I’m looking for a private room in a clean, peaceful, and respectful apartment with easy access to the Flatiron/23rd St area (ideally under 40 minutes by train or PATH). My budget is $1,000–$1,500/month (utilities included preferred), and I’m open to furnished or unfurnished rooms, sublets, month-to-month, or long-term leases. Ideal areas include Brooklyn (Bushwick, Crown Heights, Bed-Stuy, Williamsburg), Queens (Astoria, Ridgewood), Upper Manhattan (Harlem, East Harlem, UWS), or Jersey City/Hoboken. I’m clean, friendly, flexible, and respectful. I love wellness, skincare, and creative projects, and I’m usually busy with work or winding down at home. I value good vibes and open communication, and I’d love to live with kind, considerate roommates who are also down for a peaceful, cozy home.
