Looking for Jamaica Plain Apt August/September

LOOKING FOR OTHERS + A NEW HOME SEPT 1

I’m a looking to join or start a lease in August or September in JAMAICA PLAIN. I’m going into my second year of law school and I come with a puppy. Gigi, dob 8/23/25, so she’ll be about a year at move in and she’s a German shepherd and the sweetest smartest fun girl. (I’m in my 30s.)

My life consists of a lot of law school work and training Gigi.. while also trying to have quality social things when I can. I follow a lot of the professional sports leagues and pro running.

A clean home is really imporant to me. I’m neat, accountable, and I appreciate caring for our shared space + communicating. It would be awesome to live with at least one other medium dog owner.

Budget: I would like to keep it affordable. Under 1.5k if possible.

What I’m Looking For:
A place in JP.
At least 2 roommates, so 3 of us at minimum.
I would love to live with another dog owner.
A backyard would be great.

Public transportation access is also important. I’d like to keep my commute to Park street >1 hr door to door.

I’m looking for people and a place that together feel like a home that’s comfortable, friendly, and feels lived in.

I tend to do best in homes where people put ongoing thought and care into the space they share.
