I’m a quiet, respectful, low-impact renter who does best in calm, settled homes. Grounded and warm, with a sharp sense of humor. I value calm, consistency, and people clever enough to make me laugh.

I own my business and work from my laptop when I’m not meeting clients in person. I keep a steady rhythm and am comfortable keeping to myself or enjoying light, pleasant conversation when it’s mutual. I can also go deep (philosophical or thoughtful) when there’s mutual interest.

I naturally care for shared spaces. I clean as I go, reset common areas, close loops, and treat what I use as something entrusted rather than assumed. I’m not loud, not intrusive, and I don’t spread into shared areas or pry into others’ business.

I thrive in homes with an established rhythm and mutual awareness. Not perfection, just care. Spaces that feel respected allow me to be my best self and bring my best energy to a household. And I love animals and genuinely enjoy living with them.

My practical needs are simple: a furnished room, decent bed, space for working, reliable internet, and access to the kitchen since I eat in most of the time. [I may be open to an unfurnished space if I see long term potential.]
