Room wanted in Denver

Hey there! I'm Branham, a 27-year-old professional, and I'm on the lookout for a cool place to around LoDo/Downtown (ideally near Commons Park). I'm hoping to find a roomie (or roomies!) who's got a spare room in an apartment or house. I work 100% remote as an accountant and very outdoorsy when not working.

I'm looking to move in aafter my leasee and my budget is up to $1000-1500 a month. Ideally, I'd love to share with someone (or a group of people!) between 23 and 40 years old, but I'm open to chat. I'm confident that I'd make a great housemate. I am always respectful of shared spaces.

Additionally, I have a great Dane who is calm and doesn't do much throughout the day, so that would also need to be a factor.
