Greetings!

I am 29 and carry years of experience in different communal housing situations. I work in the city so I’ll be out and about most of the week. Before moving from California this past year, I was working on a farm! Since I am newer to NY, I currently have minimal belongings.

My ideal situation is month to month, a room furnished with atleast a bed frame and mattress, and access to kitchen. Open to a longterm lease.

I do not have any pets, and while I mostly go out for socializing, I am searching for a home where it is comfortable to bring a friend over every once in awhile.

I keep my spaces clean and tidy after usage, and prioritize harmonious communication between housemates. I want home to feel like a sanctuary and I’ll nurture that with my own actions and behavior as well :)

I mostly keep to myself in my room, yet enjoy fun and friendly interactions with housemates. It always feels good to sense that the people I live with are caring and supportive, and I’d like to bring that as well!
