Room wanted in Phoenix

Hey, I’m Xixi (See•See)!
I’m 19 years old in college and I currently work as a receptionist! I’m looking for a living space to be able to continue working under a roof that isn’t so unstable as the one I am currently in.

I am an artist/animator on my off-time with interests heavy in music, animation, and fashion, and I draw up my own characters and whatever I like.
I am a huge nerd and geek who likes anime and conventions, with a large collection of figurines and other knick knacks!

Currently I am studying UX/UI Design to earn my certifications and make a bit more towards my long term goal career goal of becoming a pilot!

I do have a little shy but friendly kitty cat named Boda! She was a stray and abused when she was small, so she can be skittish, but she is very loving and will never bite or scratch. She is not fond of other cats (from what I have seen when she interacts with strays) and she is okay with dogs, but will keep her distance. She is spayed, and all her shots are up to date!

I am queer friendly, and queer myself, I am accepting and respectful of any pronouns or neopronouns, of course personal background, and of course; ethnicity or nationality!
