I am a Holistic Healer who specializes in Shadow Work. I am originally from Martha’s Vineyard, MA but left in 2014 to travel the world and share my workshops, playshops, circles and more at consciousness festivals, healing and yoga centers, ashrams, and other spaces in 18 countries since. I also have a radio show called “Consciousness Caffeine” that has been on hiatus and about to launch again. I am 59 years young and my heart and soul get along with much younger souls and spirits…those who are young at heart at any age. I was a private chef and caterer to the Hollywood and power elite who summer on the Vineyard the 1/2 half of my life and I only cook for those I love or live with now.
Since then I have become not only a medicine woman but cheerleader for humanity…and make order out of chaos both inside and out. One of my titles is certified Conscious Evolution Coach though I do not suffer the fault of many young healers that try to heal everyone around them…just the opposite, actually. I am a Leo and I spend a lot of time in nature or quietly in my room working or writing, though I enjoy conversation, sharing food, a glass of wine,, or Goddess’s favorite herbal medicine, listening to music, and quality times with others I live with, honoring everyone’s individual ways of being and boundaries.
I am here in Colorado Springs for a few months, possibly longer, as I await my new passport and a medical procedure which could be 2 months or 4…I don’t know right now but will soon. I am a sane person in an insane world as I am often told…lol…🤗🌈🌹
