Room wanted in Baltimore, Baltimore City, MD

I have a small cat named Pepsi, and I work pretty late at night.
I'm really hoping to find a room in an apartment or house with some awesome people.
I'm looking for a room that's available around January/december. I’m happy to share with anyone, male or female, of any age.
I rented from spare room initially from escaping and abusive relationship.
I’m staying in a room now, and so far it’s been doing very well, the six month lease is almost over. I currently pay 975 dollars a month with utilities included.
I have “failure to pay rent “on my record from 6 months ago because of a DV situation..
I left shortly after finding out.
I personally have never had an issue with paying rent on my own.
My maximum rent is $1200 per month, and I am able to manage my finances through tips, as I make cash tips throughout the week separate to my pay check.
I respect other people’s personal space and belongings, and I'm confident in my ability to be a good roommate. I’m fun and bubbly, I don’t mind community events or small parties, but I also enjoy my rest.
