Seeking Private Room in Nyc (Jan 15)

Hello! My name is Tynniesia, but you can call me Ty. I am a 25 year old recent masters graduate of Columbia University and I am searching for a private room (furnished or unfurnished) in NYC as I begin the next chapter of my career and prepare to return for my PhD.

I am seeking to move in ASAP for at least 6 months. My budget is a lease of $1300/month and this is flexible in order to meet all of my needs. I am preferably looking for a space shared with other professionals or students, ideally females. I am open to anywhere in NYC, but primarily Manhattan and The Bronx.

I will be returning to NYC as a full-time working professional who is serious about education, health, and fitness. I am extremely clean, value quiet time, respect boundaries, communicate well, and love to meet new people of all types of backgrounds. I am a non-smoker, but am open to pets. I will only ever have my boyfriend over as a guest, but not regularly and he will not spend the night.
