Hey there, future roommate! My name is Kevin, and I'm on the hunt for a cool place to call home in Los Angeles I'm a 46-year-old guy looking for a room in either an apartment or house, and I'm hoping to move in starting July 1st, 2025. I'm happy to share with anyone, male or female, between the ages of 21 and 65.
