I am a second year college student at WestLA with baby and stable income. I am looking for something closer to school as I’ll be going back in-person part time/online part-time. I’m working towards a degree in Psychology with an AA in Child Development. I just want a nice and respectful roommate, As I'm very friendly, respectful and will pay rent on time. I’m very easy to work with and would be happy to rent a room.
(Full disclosure: I will need couple status vs. single as my partner helps with raising our daughter weekends and 2 days during the week. However, we can discuss further details if there’s an availability. )
