Hi there! I'm Anne, and I'm on the lookout for a room to rent in the East Bay Area, Contra Costa, or Sacramento . I'm eager to find a comfortable and friendly place to call home as soon as possible. Ideally, I'm hoping to find a room with a maximum rent of $950 per month.

I don't have a car, so I need to be near public transit, and hopefully less than a mile from some type of food market. Nearby BART or Amtrak are a real plus.

I'm respectful of shared spaces, and I understand the importance of clear communication. I'm organized and tidy, and I always make sure to fulfill my responsibilities as a housemate. I'm looking to share with female roommates of any age.
