Room wanted near Richardson, TX

I am looking for an unfurnished room in or around Richardson Tx, for a year or two. Maybe longer. My name is Richard but I go by my middle name Moses. I am 46 years old and am looking for a clean and relatively quiet place. I work Monday through Friday, daytime hours in Richardson, Tx as a Land Surveyor. I am very clean and do not leave messes in the kitchen or bathrooms, and would expect the same of my roomates. I am also not looking for a place where young people are "partying" all the time. Though some times is acceptable. My routine is I go to work and come home and play video games, most days. I will need wifi and if possible would like to have an ethernet line for internet gaming. I am not opposed to sharing a bathroom. I also will absolutely need parking for my car and a work truck. Garage parking would be nice, but not a requirement. Same with a walk in closet. You get a bunch of points for either of those things :)
Also, very important; I do not want to live somewhere that is a bed and breakfast environment. If every few weeks there is someone new coming in, its no good for me. I am looking for a place where people move in for a significant amount of time, like myself.
