Boise State / South Boise Village areas - Student!

I have been looking for a new roommate (or multiple new roommates) for the upcoming academic year at Boise State University and have yet to find any, so I'm hoping this ad gets more eyes and attention here! I am an early 20s woman who has lived in Boise since 2019. I work for the Outdoor Program at the university, which represents my greatest passion: for the beautiful backcountry and all the outdoor activities we have here in Idaho (rafting, backpacking, snowshoeing).

I'm aiming to get a place less than $775 a month! There's several houses I've found online or in person for rent and marked down for me and my roommate(s) to apply to ASAP (they go fast!) I must have a new lease at the very latest by July 8 (7/8/25), so if you are trying to begin a lease in August, it's less ideal—but still reach out because I can probably pay a month's rent on my own. I have no pets, but could accept them from you. The only other important criteria is that I must live close to campus, because I don't own a car! Please message me if you are serious about finding a home with me and can relate to me on some level (demographically).
