Looking for a place or room to rent

Hi, my name is Jess! I’m 36 and have worked full-time as an orthodontic assistant with the same practice for the past eight years. I moved to Florida in 2018 and was fortunate to find my current job shortly after, so I’ve had steady, reliable employment ever since. Boca Raton is my main office, although I also work at our Coral Springs location once or sometimes twice a week.

I’m looking for a pet-friendly room, studio, private suite, or entire place for myself and my two cats, preferably in or around Boca Raton or Coral Springs, or within a reasonable rush-hour commute of either office.

I’m laid-back, easygoing, clean, respectful, and dependable. I live a calm, quiet lifestyle, value my alone time, and am also friendly and open to occasionally socializing. I’m always considerate of other people’s space, privacy, and routines.

My cats are very well-behaved and house-trained, and neither has ever damaged furniture. My senior cat was already declawed by a previous owner before I rescued her, and I regularly trim my younger cat’s nails. They both receive monthly flea and tick prevention, and I stay on top of their routine care and regular vet visits. 🐈🥰

I found my previous rental through Roomster and lived there for more than five years. My roommate was also the homeowner, and I consistently paid my rent on time, took good care of her home, and developed a genuine friendship with her. We only parted ways because she moved in with her longtime boyfriend and his daughter, and she would happily provide a reference.

I’m hoping to find another comfortable, stable, long-term place to call home. On-site laundry and parking are important, while a private bathroom, furnished space, and access to a pool, patio, or backyard would be wonderful bonuses but aren’t required.
