Hi! I’m Esther! I’m a responsible, professional woman relocating to NOVA for work at the beginning of July. I’m looking for a private room, in-law suite, or basement in Northern Virginia.

About me:
• solid credit, clean background, low drama, social and extroverted
• Work in government consulting (DoD Product Owner role)
• Quiet, reliable, neat — rent always on time
• LGBTQ+ friendly and considerate of all identities
• Occasional travel for work, so I’m not always home

The catch (but the good kind!):
I come with 3 large, crate-trained, calm dogs (two ~80 lbs, one ~45 lbs). They’re housebroken, and used to structured daily walks. The four of us are very active. I like to say they have to keep up with me, not the other way around. My shepherd is an ESA. I can provide references, pay stubs, and a vet letter on request.

What I’m hoping for:
• Dog-friendly landlord or home setup
• Prefer fenced yard or easy outdoor access
• Private bathroom preferred, but flexible
• OK with roommate(s) who are chill, clean, safe, and respectful

Open to rooming with other professionals, pet lovers, and extroverts (plus a dance party in the kitchen?). I’m ready to move July 1 and will act fast if it’s the right fit.
