Hello friend,

I’m John (Jack) Clark, A former New Yorker moving back from my home (New Orleans,) who is looking for a room in a shared house or apartment located in Brooklyn. Open to various locations within the borough; I prefer access to A and J trains and am interested in sacrificing convenience for a quality neighborhood. In-building or in-unit laundry is a huge plus.

My move in date is flexible- opportunities around July 1st - 15th with a minimum two month stay. I am open to long term.

As a roommate I tend to keep to myself, but make friends easily and am considered diplomatic in my relationships. Pets are discouraged yet negotiable for me as I do suffer from allergies but love animals. I like to keep a clean room and public space and expect the same from my roommates.. That being said I like to enjoy my free time going out with friends, having dinner, enjoying green spaces, and the occasional club.
