Hey there, future housemate! I'm Justin, and I'm on the lookout for a room in Charlotte. I'm a 35-year-old guy hoping to find a comfortable and friendly place to call home.

I'm seeking a room in a shared apartment or house, and I'm pretty flexible with move-in dates – ideally, as soon as possible. My budget is up to $750 a month. I'm happy to live with either male or female roommates, ideally between 30 and 55 years old.
