Female, 47, $1200 Budget, Move in by February

Hello there! I'm looking for a room to rent in Los Angeles (Burbank, NoHo, Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys), and hoping you might have the perfect space. I'm seeking a room with rent at or below $1200 per month, and I'm hoping to move in Dec/Jan or by Feb 1

I'm a 47-year-old professional female. I will be going back to school within the next 6 months. I'm searching for a roommate—male or female—between 25 and 99 years old. If you have a room available that fits the bill, please don't hesitate to reach out! I'm eager to find a place and would love to chat more.

I do have some very normal basic requirements.
I would need access to a kitchen, laundry and somewhere to park my car that is relatively close.
I am in a relationship and I do have friends. I see a lot of ads with a "no guest' policy. That policy absolutely won't work for me. With that being said, I'm not a person that has people over every day. I don't party, I don't smoke, and I don't drink (maybe once or twice a year for special occasion)
I am very respectful of the living situation and I find that just communicating helps alleviate any issues.
I am more interested in a co-living situation that is a community/friendship vibe vs me staying out of your way and helping with the rent.

my credit score is 800
I have many excellent references both professional and personal.
I am great at communication, keeping things clean and sharing a living space with others.

I love to cook, workout, be creative and spend time with great people.
