Hello!

I’m looking for a new lease as my current one will be coming to an end Dec 1st.

About me:
I am from Texas, LGBTQ, a recent Columbia grad, and an educator with Kokua Education.

I’m Looking For:
I’m hoping for a 2, 3, or 4 bedroom, and my max out is roughly $1700 with utilities. Seeking a lease for roughly 3 or 4 months (possibly 6 if the place feels right) then open to month to month. I also have a guarantor that has a credit score over 750. A super ideal apartment would have in-unit laundry and mini-split/central AC, but I am also a realist. No problem looking at odd layout, split-level, or otherwise non-standard apartments.

As a Roommate:
I tend to keep to myself during the weekdays once I’m home from teaching. I prefer keeping the common area clean and I like to go out on weekends with my boyfriend who sometimes visits when I am not busy (last photo). Although I usually keep to my room to decompress, I do occasionally enjoy cooking for others and I am always happy to meet and get to know those I live with!
