I’m looking for a new lease with my partner as our current one year is about to expire in Harlem. We are two young professionals in our mid 20’s (education & engineering) looking for a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom, within a reasonable commute to downtown Manhattan, though considering areas into Maspeth/Ridgewood. An ideal apartment would have in-unit laundry and mini-split/central AC. As roommates, we tend to keep to ourselves keeping the common area clean and go out on weekends, but we are always happy to meet new people.
No problem looking at odd layout, split-level, or otherwise non-standard apartments.
We are both going into new positions but have a substantial guarantor (>80x) and have no problem putting down larger deposits or using a service.
