Looking for my next amazing SF abode

Hi everyone,
I'm a long-time resident of our beautiful city, looking for my next chapter.

I'm a considerate, quiet roommate. Nonsmoker, vegetarian, no pets (though I am def. a cat lady). I do have allergies to some dogs (go figure, I'd need to meet your pooch and say hi).
I'm an extrovert, but also need quiet and calm in my home.

I am a designer, writer, virtual assistant, travel advisor, and local tour guide. I work mostly from home so ideally looking for a large room and / or the option of using another surface to work daytime hours (desk or table) in a common space, if needed. If by chance you have 2 private rooms that would be awesome.

I'm also available to help with errands, cooking, or other things in exchange for rent or a reduction. Got an unusual situation? Let's talk about it.

I love exploring art and culture here and around the planet. I walk, hike, attend lectures, and pop-ups, volunteer, sleuth hidden wonders, spend too much time in bookstores and in Golden Gate Park.
I study languages, and read the NYT's.
I'm constantly in awe of the beauty here, and the amazing people I meet along the way.

And you? Up for living with a social person who also needs private space and time. Nonsmoker in the home, clean, and considerate. You know, the usual.
