Couple - Seeking a room w/attached bath preferred

My fiance, Johnny, and I are looking to rent a master bedroom with an attached private bathroom. I am a 1099 medical and laboratory courier for 6+ yrs & Johnny is a Pool & Spa Service Technician for 5+ yrs and drives a company truck.

I try to be home on the weekends & work long hours into late evenings most nights M-F. Johnny is usually home by 6pm or earlier and has dinner made for me when I get home. We are both working professionals & easy to get along with. We are respectful, considerate, and enjoy a clean kitchen & home. We love the outdoors & to BBQ. We love going out when we can, movies/shows, dining 🍽 out, picnics at the bay/beach ⛱️, camping 🏕, fishing 🎣, we love sushi 🍣, glass of wine🍷with dinner, hanging with friends, and enjoying cozy nights in together. We love to meet new people. We clean up after ourselves. We enjoy helping & being of service to others.


We currently rent a master with private bath in San Marcos with 2 other elderly roommates & have renewed our lease 4x's. Sadly, the home is being sold and we all must find places to go. We will have completed our 4th lease that ends 07/31/26 & are looking for similar accommodations. Our desired move-in date is on or before 08/1/2026.

If you are looking to rent to a couple that are hard working, respectful of property & others, keep to themselves, reliable paying tenants, then we would love to hear from you and be considered to rent from you. If you're looking for a perfect credit score & to check every box, then we do not qualify. We are still rectifying our credit and our lives from the devastation of the pandemic.
