Hi, my name is Reet! I am looking for a room from 31st July/Aug 1st, 2026.
I am a 24 (Male) software developer, graduated last year from NYU and currently working in a startup at Downtown Brooklyn. I try my best to go out everyday. Be in for work, or plans on the weekend with friends. I have lived in sharing apartments from my time in NYU and totally understand and respect the boundaries of sharing an apartment. Being responsible to clean the washroom on mutually decided days, or cleaning the kitchen after use, no smoke inside the house, etc. Additionally, I would love to have a bonding within the roommates too, but totally okay if not, respecting everyone’s personal space.
I would ideally prefer a sublease at this moment but if everything aligns perfectly (room, location, etc) then open to signing a lease as well.
Things I am looking for: Laundry: in-unit or in the building (not a laundromat unless extremely close) Gym: < 10 mins walk (otherwise a pain in the winter) Subway: as close as possible (I commute everyday) Food shops: walkable distance, I very often get hungry late at night.
Things I can provide: 3 years of rent history (0 delay payments) Good Credit score 40x income (my own) References if needed (roommates and current property manager)
