My name is Joshua, I’m currently looking for a stable, comfortable place to move into and would ideally need to move in by the 9th of this month. I value a clean, respectful living environment and take pride in being dependable and easy to live with.
I work consistently and always prioritize paying my rent on time. Responsibility and reliability are very important to me. I also have a small emotional support dog — she’s a tiny corgi/Chihuahua mix. She is fully potty trained, very well behaved, and quiet. She’s truly low maintenance and not a disruption at all. I’m very mindful about keeping shared spaces clean and ensuring she remains respectful of the home.
