Hi!

I'm looking for a room (preferably large) or more for my dogs and I. My dogs are both under 20lbs and are nearly 15 yrs old. A little bit more about my personality:

Former volunteer firefighter (15+ years)
Currently single, but dating
Mostly an introvert
I don't drink alcohol
I don't smoke cigarettes or anything else
I'm VERY neat and clean
I have no problem living with someone that is LGBTQ+ as long as they respect that I am straight.
I cannot be around MAGA fanatics.

I *must* have access to a kitchen and a fridge/freezer for health reasons. I also cannot be in the same house/apartment as someone that smokes/vapes in the house. I am also allergic to cats. I prefer hardwood, laminate, or tile floors, including in the bedroom, but I am flexible.
