I’m Kay or Kevie, who’s looking for a spacious room in Long Beach or South Bay Area.

I work at Long Beach State Uni and seeking to be near the beach. I’m laidback during the week, mostly chill and cooking dinners. (Meat eater btw). I like casual dinner and drinks and *** friendly but still responsible! I try to be active with daily walks, go to gym and beach visits.
I have lived in many share households abroad, I just ask for open communication and considerations and no drama. Im clean, and often do weekend cleaning like mopping and fridge cleanout. I clean when I’m bored, happy or sad! Haha 😆

I’d prefer hardwood floors, no thin walls and shared appliances and dish ware.
I’m a light sleeper btw. So main or busy roads won’t be ideal.
I’d love to be friends with my housemate but not required. I’m still best friends with some of my former housemates. (:
