Friendly flexible, experienced in house sharing. I am a former RN, lifelong painter and now writer. I am available to move from 07/15/2025 on into August or September, and have a budget of $1500/month. I would like to share with males or females of any age. I have a cute little dog and if you do as well, that would be awesome. I am pretty active…. I enjoy hiking anywhere, and boating in outrigger canoes. I keep a kayak over in Alameda at Encinal beach and am on the water a couple times a week. I do not drink much, but enjoy an occasional cocktail . I don’t want to be around any kind of smoke. (Allergic!) I love to putter about in the garden if there is one. I am losing my house of 15 years (in El Cerrito), and need a gap year to figure out my next steps. My ideal household would be any mix of folk - or just one other- as long as we are friendly, but don’t tread on each other. I love mixed ages - children to grandpa. I am a bit appalled at having my age be the first thing that is considered important but so be it. My politics are left but I look at all sides; and my religion IS the church of the outdoors.
