Hows it going? My name is Nick. I'm 32, and work with special needs adults.

Currently, I am looking for large room and my own bed, as well as room for a desk and laptop. Really that's about all I need. I would prefer living with anyone who is not politically passionate one way or the other. It's just not something I'm well-versed in or passionate about myself and that tends to upset people.

My budget is $1000/mo. Less if there is a deposit involved with the first month's rent.

I am a bit of a yapper, and my voice is naturally louder than most. I do like to talk with people quite a bit, but if I am ever talking too much or I you need me to lower my volume, then please do not hesitate to politely tell me. I will not be offended.

I'm generally cool with everyone, and I only ask that the room be dark and quiet for when I need to sleep (gotta have my 6-8 hours or else I'll be a wreck lol).

Other than that, all I really ask is that you bring to my attention ANYTHING that you have a concern about as soon as you notice it, and I will be happy to discuss them with you.

My main hobbies are illustration and writing. I also am a huge nerd, but I like to chat about a variety of other topics (too many to list in the "interests" tab lol) like spirituality, animation and music.
