Hi! My name is Alyssa. I’m interested in the room you have available and wanted to see if it might be a good fit. It would be for myself and my 11-year-old son. I’m currently pregnant as well, so I also want to be upfront about that since I’m looking for somewhere stable and comfortable for us.

I work full-time as a leasing consultant and have steady employment and income of approximately $5,000 per month. I’m responsible, clean, respectful of other people’s homes, and very familiar with taking care of a property because of the work I do.

I’m currently staying with family after my previous housing arrangement ended, and I’m looking for a place where my son and I can have our own space again while I work toward getting another apartment of my own.
