Female, 60, Needs Rental, $1100, March/April 2026

I am a "happy happy joy joy" female aged 60. I'm looking for a decent sized room with it's own private entrance, a studio or ADU.

I'm available to move from 03/30/2026 or there-about. I have a max budget of $1,100/month, but prefer $1000/monthly. I can pay only a small deposit ...or am willing to work out bi-weekly/monthly payments for deposit requirements.

I have rented where I'm currently at for 1.5 years (Feb 2026). I can provide excellent references for my past 2 years residence.

I'd prefer to share with females, ideally between 25 and 75 years old. But am open to a married couple with no children...unless it's their puppies 😉 I'm looking for a quiet home, straight housemates (2 max)... preferably with mature single women.

I'm a believer & live a faith-driven life. I'm very clean, neat & keep the Sabbath. I'm chill, have hi vibes & loads of fun! I'm looking for someone that connects similarly.

In the past, I've owned 3 homes & have been a landlord. So I know how important it is to have excellent A++ tenants! I've been 100% on time to renter for more than 13 years. I can provide a proof of steady income.

The past several years, I've been traveling to care for my grandchildren. I'm moving back to Orange County to be near my 2 youngest daughters (pictured). Therefore, as I settle back in, I need a rental for a bit, say 6-12 months. OC is home & look forward to returning there!
