I'm a nonsmoker with no pets. I'm an educator and artist. I love spending time outdoors, catching up with friends at parks or cafes, going to art museums and galleries, and seeing comedy shows.

When home, I prefer having a comfortable and peaceful environment to just relax or to work quietly on writing or other projects.

I'm looking for a room to rent in an accessible (elevator) building.
