Hi everyone! I'm looking to find a room to move into sometime between July 1 - August 31, for at least a full year. My budget is flexible (higher than listed).
I have a sweet cat named Peanut (shown in 2nd photo). I am hoping he can enjoy the shared living space. He will likely love you too! I don't know how he'll be with other animals. He's small: ~8 lbs
I'm warm, friendly and considerate. I like to socialize but respect privacy and space.
Ease of laundry is appealing to me. Ideal would be in-unit, though not a must-have. I do not want to lug my laundry more than 1 floor unless there is an elevator.
