Two sisters and their cats looking for a home

I work in the cannabis industry and am a smoker, but am respectful of property restrictions and can simply smoke outside like everyone else. My name is Desiree and my sister is Erica (she is about to be 21 and is partially blind, still functional), and we are looking to move somewhere together. Since we are sisters we are not opposed to sharing a room, and with our budget are only looking for a one bedroom. My sister is studying Library Sciences and is only with me for the days she isn't in school, but she is my financial dependent and like my daughter. She also has a part time job, I myself have full time employment and am seeking additional income (second job) or a better paying main occupation. I am also an artist and an aspiring stage performer, so very creative and I'm always making/doing/shooting something fun. We are very reliable and friendly people who respect boundaries and keep our spaces clean, we are just trying to leave home together and are looking forward to be able to do that in a house rather than apartment. I have plants at my current home's yard that I love to care for, and would be a valuable asset in whatever home I go to. Caretaking for a house requires a lot of work, but I've been doing this for several years. I also love to cook and bake and would more than happily cook for/feed other members of the household, as it is valuable to my culture as someone of mexican descent.
