Hey, I’m Matt — a 24-year-old veteran who just moved to Denver from Vermont. I’ve got guaranteed VA disability income and I’ve been self-employed full-time since October, reselling books on Amazon. I’m also preparing to go back to school and looking into becoming a bartender on the side.

• I work for myself, so I’m home often but I keep to myself and respect shared spaces.
• I’m quiet, laid-back, and like a calm home environment.
• Cleanliness: I keep things tidy and expect shared areas to be clean — not strict, just respectful.
• I have one well-behaved indoor cat — he mostly chills and sleeps. Super clean, no issues.

What I’m Looking For
• A room in a clean, respectful, pet-friendly place — ideally month-to-month or short-term, but flexible.
• Roommates who are financially responsible, easygoing, and communicate well.
• Dealbreakers: Smoking indoors, loud noise late at night, and messy shared areas.
