I’m looking for a short-term, furnished room or sublet in Brooklyn, Manhattan, or Queens, ideally starting around April 15th or a little later. I’m looking for somewhere to stay for at least 2 months, but open to as long as 6 months. My budget is $1,250 per month or less.

I’m a 30-year-old guy. I’m from NYC originally (grew up on the Upper West Side), but I also lived in the Boston area for a while before coming back here. Some of my interests include books, music, and spending time outdoors.

I’m fairly introverted and keep to myself a lot of the time, but I am a friendly person and enjoy having roommates who I can get to know and chat with from time to time. I’ll keep common spaces clean.
