Room wanted in BedStuy/Clint Hill, Brooklyn, NY

I am a female founder/ChEO who owns and operates a small firm Convergence Point Co - business strategy & operations. No kids. Never married. I work from home sometimes and often from tea/coffee shops or Bond Collective.
I am looking for a larger room and prefer a private bathroom. My last sublet in Clint Hill was with a cool/respectful women in similar circumstances. I would prefer to share with a female, ideally around my age (40s).

I have a friendly, relaxed, 14 yo healthy cat who loves to keep rodents away. She is free fed and respectful of rules like "no cat on kitchen counters. " her personality is like if a dog could parkour and loves to cuddle. I travel frequently so hoping for a flatmate who would enjoy her company.

I am very independent with friends and family so I do my own things but am very conscientious of those I share space with. I appreciate organization and cleanliness in any shared space.

I dabble in wellness coaching - I live a balanced, active, healthy, lifestyle with a routine and plenty of fun mixed in I will provide tips if asked but happy to NOT bring it up. 😅

I am also neurodivergent - my neurotype is expressed as routine oriented, can be hyper logical, and spend much of my time hyper focused on my business and close relationships. Aka - you don't need to be my bestie, just a respectful, friendly, cohabitant.
