Hi everyone! I'm looking for a furnished 1BR or a studio sublet in Midtown or Lower Manhattan with an easy commute to Penn Station. My dates are May 30 - October 31. My budget is up to $3500 but a little flexible for the right place. Would prefer having an in-unit or in-building laundry and an AC.

I'm a PhD student coming to NYC for my internship. I like to keep the place very clean and tidy. Please message me if you have anything for me :)
